Grace’s MYM group coaching has changed my life. I struggled for years, stuck in a binge/restrict cycle. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I also compensated for that by exhausting myself with running. The weekly educational videos and all of Grace’s amazing knowledge impacted not only me but my teenage daughter who has taken an interest in the meals I’m preparing and wants to fuel her body better as a student athlete. I came from a family that really struggles with poor lifestyle and nutrition. Along with that comes a lot of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. I had the best experience in the Master Your Macros program. Grace has mastered the art of educating women on how to be healthier through macros! She gave me a macro count that was right for me to find results and one that didn’t make me feel starving all the time. Progress is actually attainable in her group. She does video lessons, live Q&As, posts info in the the FB group, and encourages everyone to participate and motivate one another in that forum as well. It is a safe space in which anyone can find success if they want to and also new friends to lean on. She provides endless knowledge and helps support us in anyway she can. I made more progress in this six week program than I have in the past 7 years! I’m more confident in my body due to physical changes, but mental shifts occurred as well. I now know that I can do this and I can still enjoy and live my life! Hands down the best money I have ever spent on myself!

I went into this not expecting a ton because I fail a lot of lifestyle changes, fad diets etc. I didn't want to set my expectations too high because again, I'm always failing. But I learned quickly that just because you have one bad snack, doesn't mean you've failed the 6 week program. I also LOVED learning how much I can eat a day and still lose weight. I was pretty much starving myself prior and suffered from so much moodiness and brain fog and I blamed it on my stressful career. But it wasn't. it was me. I also learned meal prep does not have to be hard. Carve out an hour and that's all you need sometimes. I can't thank Grace enough. I don't know how she does it.

I had an amazing experience with MYM group coaching. I finally was able to grasp how to make macros work for me and my lifestyle while still in a cut. I learned so much about macros and changing body composition, even though I thought I already had a decent background with macros. I didn’t see a ton of change on the scale, but photos and measurements speak for themselves. I also FEEL so much more in control with what and why I choose to eat. I had a tendency to mindlessly overeat and this is the first time I feel in control of that. The best part was the 1:1 check in. I was almost in tears listening to Grace’s support and feedback. I think if someone is struggling with fat loss or body recomp it is SO helpful to have a neutral person giving you honest feedback and cheering you on.
