Busy, High-Achieving Moms: Lose Fat for Good, Without a Perfect Diet, More Willpower, or Another Monday Reset

A free 90-minute workshop with Grace Terbrock, who has kept 50 pounds off for 8 years through blended-family chaos, a 6-figure business, and a 4:30am alarm. Without a perfect diet, even if you've restarted more Mondays than you can count, and you don't have to give up the Friday margarita or add one more thing to your already-full life.

The Normal Wellness Method

Here's what we'll walk through together

Grace calls it The Normal Wellness Method. The whole thing runs on one idea: I choose both. Fat loss AND a real life you actually like living.

Key 01

Decide Who She Already Is

The thing in the way

You keep waiting to "become" consistent, like it's a personality you haven't unlocked yet. So every plan starts with you trying to be someone you're not, and it never holds.

What you'll learn

How to name the exact woman you're becoming (the one who keeps her promises to herself) and start making choices as her today, instead of white-knuckling your way toward her. This is the self-trust piece nobody teaches, and it's the reason the plan finally sticks.

"I want to be the type of person that unconsciously does all the things, instead of the white-knuckle, push-through-it version. A routine that's done because I know it's what makes me feel my best. Without weighing or measuring, just knowing, and still hitting the right numbers."
Key 02

Build for Your Worst Week

The thing in the way

Your plan was built for your best week. Then November hits, or the kids get sick, or work goes sideways, and the whole thing falls apart because it was never made to survive real life.

What you'll learn

How to build a normal-life system around a moderate approach and a couple of non-negotiables, so it holds up on the chaotic Tuesday, not just the perfect Monday. This is how you stop depending on motivation and start running on something that actually shows up when you don't feel like it.

"TIME. I keep trying to hack my schedule every which way and end up falling short every time. I just need support on simplifying this whole thing."
Key 03

Come Back the Same Day

The thing in the way

One off-plan meal turns into "well, I blew it," which turns into "I'll start fresh Monday." And Monday to Thursday, you're off the plan you swore you'd keep.

What you'll learn

How to come back the same day instead of writing off the week, using self-compassion instead of self-judgment as the actual strategy (not the soft option, the effective one). One meal never undoes your progress. You'll learn why, and exactly what to do in the moment instead.

"I tend to lose 5 or 6 pounds, feel good, gain some back, and start over. I want to see steady progress without falling into old patterns."
Who this is for

Check yes if…

Grace Terbrock coaching
  • Yes, I'm a busy mom who knows what to do (I've downloaded the app, I know what a macro is), and knowing has never been my problem.
  • Yes, I've done the fad diets, the challenges, the "start over Monday" thing on repeat, and I'm tired of restarting.
  • Yes, I want to lose fat and still have the margarita, the rotisserie chicken dinner, and a life that doesn't revolve around a meal plan.
  • Yes, I'm done being the last priority in my own house, and I want to prove to myself I can follow through.
  • Yes, I want a normal system I can keep, instead of one more intense thing I'll quit by February.

Hey, I'm Grace.

I'm a mom of two boys, plus four more between me and my partner, so on a normal day there are five kids, one dog, a business, and a whole lot of noise under one roof. Someone's always losing a shoe. It's beautiful chaos, honestly, and I wouldn't hand it back.

On paper, I'm a certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition, Macro Mentorship, health mindset coaching, and currently deep in a functional nutrition cert). I've run this business for over four years and coached hundreds of women. What I'm not is a fitness influencer who wants you to think she has it all figured out. I shop at Aldi. I eat the same three meals on repeat. I buy the rotisserie chicken.

Here's the part that matters for you. After my second baby, I lost about 50 pounds. I've kept it off for 8 years now , through a marriage, a divorce, becoming a full-time business owner, and building a blended family from scratch. And I did not do it with a perfect diet or unlimited time. There was even a stretch where I got a little too lean and a little too obsessive, and my body pushed back hard. I live a lot more in the middle now, and I talk about that on purpose, because that middle is where this actually works.

What I figured out, coaching all these women who already knew the "what," is that the missing piece was never more information. You already have ideas (you have Instagram). What's been missing is a normal system that holds up on your worst week, and the self-trust you rebuild every single time you come back the same day instead of starting over on Monday. That's the whole game. That's what I teach.

My whole thing is: let's uncomplicate this and show up together, most days, and that will move the needle. I choose both. Fat loss and a real life. And on September 2nd, I'm going to show you exactly how.
